- We build and broker partnerships across different sectors and amongst project stakeholders to advocate for art in the public realm
- We advise on the role of creative and cultural engagement in addressing statutory and non-statutory requirements on a local, regional and national level
- We advise, encourage and promote the role of artistic practice in the planning and development of buildings and public spaces
- We stimulate debate about people and place in the built and natural environment
- We make the business case for art in the public realm across all sectors
- We advise on the role of creative and cultural engagement in addressing policy and best practice regarding health and wellbeing; housing; regeneration; sustainable development; social justice; community engagement; education and placemaking
- We provide training and advice on the role of art in the public realm and to Arts Steering Groups tasked with managing the commissioning process.
- We advise on the sourcing funding, the process of commissioning artworks and engaging communities.

Curating and Managing Projects
We manage creative and cultural projects from inception and project planning to the final installation and / or presentation of art in the public realm. Our remit includes:
- Working with existing community groups and facilitating new groups through creative engagement
- Writing artists’ briefs and contracts
- Establishing and managing project budgets
- Advising on fundraising for art in the public realm
- Securing capital funding and sponsorship from a variety of sources
- Overseeing the design development process and installation of artworks
