Platfform, Newport, is a leading environment for the ICT and digital sectors in Wales and offers a unique community experience within the building.

Studio Response was appointed by Paramount Interiors and the Welsh Government to commission an artwork inspired by the occupants of Platfform. Simon Fenoulhet, the appointed artist, created a light artwork informed by the complex web of digital pathways created by the technologies made at Platfform. Flow is a kinetic light work suspended in the double height reception area, and the pattern of light responds to the amount of energy used in the building at any one time.
